Inbox

The inbox allows you to view all inbound messages over the past 45 days. New incoming messages are loaded automatically, with unread conversations appearing at the top of the list, accompanied by a number denoting the number of unread messages in each conversation.


If you click on a conversation you will see the message history to and from that particular recipient, and it will be marked 'read'.

If you require access to messages older than 45 days, simply go to Reports > Detailed Reports and search for the recipient number. The easiest way is to copy the full international number (e.g. +61491570156) and paste it into the detailed reporting search bar.


Open and Closed messages

When viewing any conversation in your inbox, a new option will appear in the top right of the window next to the "Unsubscribe" button, called "Close." This will mark this conversation as "Closed" and move it out of the inbox:


To view Closed conversations, simply click the "Closed" option next to the inbox header and a list of all closed conversations will appear:


To re-open a closed conversation, simply select it from the list of closed conversations to view it, and click on the "Open" option which now appears next to the "Unsubscribe" option in the top right of the conversation window.
