You will need to top-up your balance from time to time in order to continue sending messages. You can also set alerts to notify you when your account reaches a certain level, as well as setting up automated top-ups to prevent you from running out of credit.
Please note - if you create a new account in the web portal, you must verify your email before the top-up function is made available to you.
If you are an admin on the account, the “Top-Up” button always sits at the top of the page, no matter what screen you are currently viewing (note - Users do not have access to the Top-Up function or billing info).
Click the Top Up button to start:
First, add the amount by which you would like to top up your account. The credit calculator will give you a dollar value based on the credit volume entered. On the right, you will also see the pricing tiers:
The first time you top up, you will need to add a payment method in the form of a credit or debit card. Enter the card details and click “Add Card”:
Then, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click "Top Up"
Setting a Balance Notification
You can set up an alert to notify you when your balance drops to a nominated amount. Do this by ticking the “Send a balance notification” and enter the amount at which you want to receive the notification:
When your balance drops to this amount, you will now receive an email alerting you to the fact and inviting you to top-up your account
Setting an Automatic Top-up
You can set up an automatic top-up so that you don’t get caught out by running out of credit when you need it most.
To do this, click the tick-box next to “Automatic top-up”:
You will then need to set the threshold at which the automatic top-up will be triggered, followed by the amount by which you wish to automatically top-up the account.
Setting a balance notification
You can choose to be notified by email when the money in your account drops to a nominated threshold
Click on the box next to "Balance notification"
Then, select the threshold at which you want to be notified
Editing your Balance Notification and Automatic Top-up
You can alter your settings any time by clicking on “Account” in the left-hand menu, and then “Billing”, then just click “Edit” in the top right of the “Subscription Details” box to edit or set up a balance notification or automatic top-up, or the "Billing Information" Box to update your contact information for billing:
